Finalizing the Forge: Winston-Salem

With our core structures in place, Project IV focuses on completing and beautifying the original Rebel’s Forge site in Winston-Salem. This phase is about more than just finishing touches — it’s about creating a space so inspiring, so alive, that visitors leave wanting the same transformation in their own communities. We will enhance landscaping, add visual art installations, improve signage, and refine pathways and gathering spaces. Seasonal decorations and permanent aesthetic features will give the property a signature look year-round, while upgrades to lighting, seating, and event infrastructure will ensure we’re ready to host community gatherings, markets, and celebrations on a regular basis. This stage will turn Winston-Salem’s Forge into a living showcase for what’s possible.
